Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd（SCMC)is a production
basis that specializes in hydraulic cylinder, which has the
history of producing hydraulic cylinder more than 30 years.
Shandong Ruichi Machinery Co., Ltd., covering 100 thousand square
meters, employing 208 staffs, among whom there are 22 R&D
personnel, has the ability to develop product and owns
equipments such as CNC lathes, high-precision grinders, deep
hole boring machines, numerical-automatic welding machines,
chromeplating product line, high-precision cleaning machines,
modernized assembly-line, test benches for product, ultrasonic
inspection, full functional painting line and so on, and has the
capability of producing more than 30 kinds of hydraulic
cylinders and manufacturing 100 thousand cylinders every year.
The main technical parameters of product: the max working
pressure: 40Mpa; the scope of stroke: 100mm-10000mm; the scope
of the interior diameter of cylinder: 50mm-400mm.
The hydraulic cylinders we produced are widely used in many
fields such as construction machinery, automobile, mine, water
conservancy, metallurgy, and so on.
